Museum Aircraft Donation FAQ
How do you decide what aircraft donations to accept?
Our acceptance of an aircraft is based upon several factors including the historical value of the aircraft, how it complements our collecting policy and priorities, its condition, its potential for display in the museum and any restrictions attached to the donation.
What sorts of donation conditions and restrictions are not suitable?
We rarely accept donations with restrictive conditions such as "must always be on display" or "must be kept in flying condition"
Donating other aviation artifacts
In addition to aircraft, we keep a collection of smaller aviation artifacts: Aircraft Parts; Artwork; Clothing; Equipment; Memorabilia; Models; Propulsion; Weapons; Insignia; and Instruments.
